The business center provides small (19 m2), medium (38 m2) and large (56m2) office units, a conference room (60 m2), separated restrooms and kitchenette on each floor.
Parking area – for more than 100 cars – is available to our tenants and their guests for free.
Prices are calculated the same way for each office unit: 3.200 HUF (8,5 EUR) + VAT / m2 / month, which includes all costs – heating, electricity, consumption of water and common cost. No deposit required.
Office units are equipped with air conditioning devices. Telephone and internet connections are provided by Telekom or Vodafone, but these costs are not included. We can provide office furniture on demand.
